Bolé International

Bolé International

Freedom National

Freedom National Insurance purchased the building with a very dated, unsophisticated look and feel. The space had low ceilings, old 2×4 parabolic & prismatic fluorescent lighting with a very choppy floor plan that had tremendous wasted space. Bolé International negotiated the project and was awarded an absolute ideal client; a client that had very specific ideas and vision yet informed Bole’ that it was up to their design team to create the mood and feel for their corporate culture.

With having the project manager, interior designer, general contractor and LED lighting consultant under their umbrella, Bolé and their team was completely in charge of every phase of the project. Their concept was to open up the space, increase the volume by removing most of the ceilings and create open collaborative spaces that allowed flexibility for their different departments. The LED lighting, the bold paint colors and creative, unique furniture created “the vibe” at a very competitive tenant improvement allowance.

The client can’t wait to buy another building.
