Bolé International

Projects

People Before Profits. Bolé International wants to make a difference — a difference in people’s lives through creative and empowering spaces. Bolé wants to see their ideas change lives. Bolé believes that if you inspire your team to think outside the box and create new design solutions, everyone wins. With a diverse skill-set of talents, our team can handle any design challenge. While we specialize in commercial office design, Bolé also employs industrial engineers for our manufacturing clients, retail specialists, aerospace engineers, and a great team of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineers.

Below is a sampling of some of our work. If you like what you see, drop us a note.

.

Core Commercial

Project Type: Commercial

The design philosophy for Core Commercial Bank was to create a neutral, timeless palette with classic details while pulling some bold colors which brought the space to life. The architecture, interior design, lighting and furniture workstations all blended well together for a timeless space.

.

Freedom National

Project Type: Office

Freedom National Insurance purchased the building with a very dated, unsophisticated look and feel. Bolé International negotiated the project and was awarded an absolute ideal client; a client that had very specific ideas and vision yet informed Bolé that it was up to their design team to create the mood and feel for their corporate culture.

.

IQ Pod

Project Type: Office

IQ Pod was an interesting challenge as there were three components to the project: a Management Office, a Building Lounge, and a Conference Center. Bolé International had to deal with the least desirable space and turn it into a magnet of connectivity for all the building’s tenants.

.

Oakley

Project Type: Commercial

Oakley International is a global brand; a brand that is recognized worldwide. With a very respected inner circle of design within their facility, Bolé International was thrilled to be chosen to design Oakley’s new optical/retail space of approximately 50,000 sq ft.

.

Quick Dispense

Project Type: Retail

Quick Dispense, Inc., an industry leader who supplies their clients with coffee and juice dispensing machines, wanted to challenge Bolé International with creating a multi-use, state-of-the-art presentation room that would allow them the flexibility to market their new products, to train their employees and customers, and to facilitate better communication.

.

Air Treatment

Project Type: Manufacturing

Air Treatment is an industry leader in the HVAC industry as a manufacturers rep. They purchased a 50,000 sq ft industrial building in a nondescript area within Brea, California. With a negotiated agreement, Bolé International worked hand-in-hand with Air Treatment, from the programming phase to the final punch list phase.

.

D-Link

Project Type: Office

D-Link’s top executives wanted a lobby that was “unique, thought-provoking, and creative.” This was the brand and marketing image which they felt represented their business model. Bolé International was asked to analyze a very nondescript, mundane space and turn it into a one-of-a-kind lobby/conferencing center.

.

U.S. Dept of Defense

Project Type: Government

Bolé International was given the task and honor of assisting in the design of the first 3-D immersion computer training facility for our military men and women. The assignment was quite interesting, as each returning soldier had unique challenges and hardships to overcome.

.

DevicePharm

Project Type: Office

Marketing strategy and integrated marketing solutions was the mantra that was given to Bolé at the onset. Bolé International collaborated with DevicePharm, a firm that provides marketing solutions for organizations serving medical professionals and healthcare consumers.
